GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Typographical errors may occur, in which we shall make best endeavour to rectify, but are not responsible for.
  • No information on this website regarding any product or service available for purchase constitutes a warranty or promise in respect to those products.
  • We make every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  • Please also understand that natural rugs can vary to our image shown due to the fact of its natural state. The sizing of the rugs is as close to standard size but can vary 5 to 10cm depending on the collection.
  • We endeavour to cut and overlock our hallway runners to your specified measurement. Please understand that the nature of the different materials used to produce our hallway runners may not allow us to be exact in measurement and there may be a slight variance.
  • We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and offer FREE delivery with one of our courier partners. 
    • Please note free shipping to NT, WA and TAS is NOT available. A delivery fee will be added to your order in the checkout window.
    • Additionally some remote and hard to get to locations within SA, NSW, VIC and QLD will incur a delivery charge which we will contact you about after your order has been placed. You will then have the option to pay the additional amount, or accept a full refund
    • Weight-based freight fee - in some instances, due to the heavy nature of some of our products and to account for the increase in shipping costs associated with heavy items a fee may be added to your order. This will be applied at the checkout.
  • We will not be held responsible for any damage to any rug or runner after delivery. If a rug sometimes becomes unavailable due to being out of stock, we can place the rug on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case we provide the customer with an approx eta of the rug which is also subject to change due to changes beyond our control. If this happens and the customer no longer wants to wait for the rug we are more than happy to provide a full refund back to the customer.
  • If a refund is warranted, you will only be able to be refunded via the method in which you paid. Please note all special orders coming from overseas cannot be refunded once orders are placed. This also includes all the natural sisal rugs, as they are being made by order. Clearance purchases are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
  • Gift Certificates are redeemable only online at ruglove.com.au and are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable. Purchases exceeding available balance require the difference to be paid by another method.
  • By using this website you show that you agree to all the above conditions.
  • You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in the event of any dispute in relation to the use of this site.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

RugLove reserves the right to review, change or modify existing these Terms and Conditions due to external market factors or other extenuating circumstances.
