If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your rug for another, or opt for a credit note or refund to the value of the product purchase minus shipping and restocking fees.
Rugs must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original wrapping, undamaged, and must have no evidence of use.
What to do next - simply contact us with your intention to return the rug and we can provide you with the return delivery details and associated costs. Shipping and restocking costs vary depending on dimensions, weight and location and will be provided to you when the return is being processed.

Over 160x230cm to 200x290cm $39
Over 200x290cm to 240x330cm $59
Once we have received the product back in store, one of our staff members will have a look over it to ensure it is returned undamaged.
Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed as this will allow time for us to inspect the rug.
Items not eligible for change of mind returns: custom made rugs, special orders, cut to measure runners, items on sale and clearance items.
